Ricks Tires

Located at 1718 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40210, Ricks Tires operates as a tire shop serving Louisville in Kentucky. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Louisville, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Kentucky, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (502) 341-7088. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is rickstires.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 181 reviews, which is a strong result for a tire shop in Louisville and suggests consistent service.

Louisville is in Kentucky, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Louisville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.
